Meet Jodi Harstine

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and you deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. You deserve someone who will listen, tell you the truth, and help you understand your options so you can make the decision that’s right for you.

I’m Jodi Harstine, REALTOR® and licensed Real Estate Broker in both Georgia and South Carolina with eXp Realty, serving Savannah, Coastal Georgia, and the South Carolina Lowcountry.

As a U.S. Army Veteran and military spouse, I have a special connection to military families and understand that a PCS move often comes with tight timelines, lots of questions, and decisions that need to happen quickly. I especially enjoy helping Veterans and military families navigate buying, selling, VA financing, and relocation.

My experience goes well beyond traditional real estate sales. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent years in property and association management, giving me a perspective on homes, communities, and transactions that I still bring to my clients today.

Whether you're buying, selling, relocating, or simply trying to figure out what your next move should be, my approach is straightforward: no pressure, no sales pitch, just clear guidance and honest advice.

Real estate isn't just about the next transaction for me. It's about relationships, families, and helping people move confidently into whatever comes next.
